Cynthia Barlow

Cynthia Barlow received her formal 200 hour yoga teacher training at Kripalu, but she learns something new every day, whether it be from the excellent teachers at Samadhi, her own practice, or her fellow students.  Her movement background includes Tai Chi and Qi Gong, hiking, and 1990’s cardio.

“One of my motivations to teach is to share my love of yoga.  Yoga is for everyone. Yoga is big, bigger than one pose, bigger than any one kind of yogi, and bigger than reluctance or fear or doubt:  there is room for all and reward for all. And, not least, Yoga is fun, fun for all.”
