This quiet, slow-paced class is appropriate for anyone looking to relax, stretch, and nurture their own bodies.
In this class, teachers will encourage students to use breath, modifications, supports, and longer holdings of select poses in order receive the benefits of a gentle, non-competitive practice. In addition, teachers may emphasize mindful awareness to help bring about restoration and balance to body and mind.
This inclusive practice encourages the development of strength, flexibility, balance and coordination in a slow-paced manner that meets the student where they are.
NOTE: FOR SUNDAY EVENING (7:30PM) CLASS ONLY – YOGA NIDRA CLASS 1ST SUNDAY OF EACH MONTH. 15 minutes gentle yoga followed by reclining yoga nidra, a guided meditation into deep relaxation.
