I have had a yoga practice of varying degrees for 2 decades and completed teacher training through Samadhi in 2012. My practice is ever changing and evolving which continues to keep me fascinated every time I roll out my mat. From physical vinyasa flow to mindful restorative to a consistent home practice, I embrace all of it. My love of yoga and all that it has to offer is what I truly enjoy sharing with students. I hope to bring to my classes fun, lightness, a good stretch (always), props (always), and a whole lot of compassion as I believe it is such an honor to hold space for others.
