I took my first Yoga class in 2001 at Samadhi while practicing Martial Arts and immediately fell in love. Yoga allowed me to explore a deeper sense of self. Through Yoga I was able to unite the mind and body. Yoga has given me the tools to cultivate peace, tranquility, and to be present in this life. My goal in teaching Yoga is to guide students to experience all that Yoga has to offer. My classes are taught with a sense of playfulness. I believe Yoga is for Every Body.
I completed my Yoga Teacher Training at Samadhi Yoga Studio in 2011. I enjoy hiking with my dog, Maggie and playing the saxophone.
