Melissa Mitchell

Melissa has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Initially drawn to the physical benefits of yoga, she fell in love with the spiritual side of the practice and the balance and harmony that it has brought to her life. She enjoys sharing the gift of yoga that she believes can benefit each person on an individual level. As a busy mom of 2 children and many furbabies, she finds teaching yoga grounds and nourishes both her and her students. Melissa’s classes combine spiritual and physical elements with a flair of humor. She is committed to bringing healing and joy to her students though the practice.
