Sarajean Rudman

Sarajean Rudman is a New England-based Clinical Nutritionist, Yogini, Ayurvedic practitioner, Life Coach, Fitness Instructor and Outdoor Adventure guide. She has over a decade of experience across many diverse fields in health and wellness. In addition to certifications in multiple fitness modalities, Sarajean holds a B.S. in Health and Wellness and Sports Management, an M.S. in Integrative Health and Clinical Nutrition, a post-baccalaureate certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching, and an M.A. in Health and Wellness Coaching. Sarajean is a doctoral student studying Health Sciences and Healthcare Education at University of Bridgeport, expected to graduate in 2020, and she also teaches at the university level. These Western credentials are balanced with an E-RYT 500 designation from Yoga Alliance, as well as Kripalu Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Practitioner Certifications. Sarajean embodies, through her studies and experiences, the synergy and harmony that Eastern and Western science and philosophy can exist in harmony, bringing people together in community and helping them find their healthy balance. Sarajean’s drive to help people has led her to begin developing an NPO called Feeding Families that will bring nutrition and education to those in need. In her spare time, you can find her cultivating her own wellness through cooking, writing, running, hiking, SUP, outdoor adventures, forest bathing and hot yoga.
